Abstract: Test of simulated environment of the manned space capsule is very risky. In o rder to ensure the safety of the spacemen during pilot test, the equipment used in simulation test must be systematically checked and perfected. All the staff e ngaged the test must be well trained. The flowchart of the test must be worked o ut in detail, and strictly organized and managed. In this paper, the technical r equirements of the test facilities, the training courses involved in the pilot t est, and countermeasures in the organization and management are emphatically int roduced.
