水电施工行业伤亡事故的特征与规律研究

摘要: 通过对水电施工行业中近16年来的生产性伤亡事故资料的深入研究,归纳出水电施工行业伤 亡事故的某些事故特征与规律。笔者发现:整个行业的伤亡事故特点有了新 的变化,例如,除车辆伤害事故外,洞挖工程中的瓦斯爆炸、冒顶片帮事故已成为新群伤 事故的关注点;“三高”事故依然比较集中,占整个行业统计死亡案例数的46.32%;而发 生一个工伤减员其平均总经济损失额已超过10万元

Abstract: Through the study in depth of the data of injury accidents in the trade of hy droelectric engineering construction in recent 16 years, characteristics and reg ularity of the accidents have been induced. It is found that some new changes ar e happening. For example, besides the car accidents, gas explosion and other acc idents happened in excavating engineering had become the new focus of collective injury accidents. The high probability accidents take place so densely that the y occupy 46.32 % of death cases in this field according to statistics. And the a verage economic loss for each accident depletion has exceeded a hundred thousand yuan.
