新一代铁路移动通信网络服务质量体系研究

摘要:

网络服务质量(QoS)是铁路移动通信网络规划建设、运用维护的重要度量标准之一,新一代铁路移动通信网络需要构建与其技术特点、不断发展的业务需求相适应的QoS体系,因此,归纳总结QoS和用户体验质量(QoE)的基本概念、影响因素和量化方法,在互联网协议(IP)承载网中讨论QoS模型和铁路业务优先级映射方法,在无线接入网和核心网中重点论述时延、可靠性等QoS参数及映射方法;同时,针对未来IP语音(VoIP)通信的应用范式,提出端到端的呼叫会话和语音质量要求。结果表明:提出的QoS关键参数和映射方法,可构建新一代铁路移动通信网络的QoS体系,从而提高网络建设、评估和维护的水平。

Abstract:

QoS is one of the important measurement standards for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of railway mobile communication networks. Therefore, it is necessary to build a QoS architecture that adapts to the technical characteristics and evolving business requirements of the new generation of railway mobile communication networks. This paper summarizes the basic concept, influencing factors and quantitative methods of QoS and QoE, discusses the QoS model and the mapping method of railway service priority in IP bearer networks, and elaborates on the delay, reliability and other QoS parameters and mapping methods in the wireless access network and core network. In addition, towards the future application paradigm of VoIP, the requirements of end-to-end call sessions and voice quality are proposed. The results show that the key QoS parameters and mapping method proposed in this paper can build the QoS system for the new generation of railway mobile communication network, thereby improving the level of network construction, evaluation and maintenance.
