摘要:

为提高二次再热煤电机组运行灵活性和安全稳定性,结合模型预测控制(MPC)算法和多模型方法,设计一种新型机炉协调控制系统。基于灰箱建模思想,建立能准确体现二次再热煤电机组机炉协调系统动态特性的非线性机理模型;利用Gap度量理论非线性分析机炉协调系统机理模型,定量计算局部线性模型间动态特性差异,构建模型集和制定加权规则;基于预先制定的加权规则,针对每个局部线性模型设计对应的模型预测控制(MPC)局部控制器,并整合为全局控制作用;为定量表征煤电机组运行安全性水平,建立机侧主蒸气压力和汽水分离器出口蒸气温度的小时均值指标。应用结果表明:机炉协调系统多模型预测控制可提升协调控制系统性能,能在保证机组负荷快速响应电网需求的同时,维持主要参数稳定,拓宽机组安全运行边界。

Abstract:

In order to improve the operational flexibility and safety stability of the double-reheat coal-fired power unit, a new turbine-boiler coordinated control system was designed by combining the MPC algorithm and the multi-model method. Based on the idea of grey-box modeling, a nonlinear mechanism model that can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the turbine-boiler coordination system of the double-reheat coal-fired power unit was established. The mechanism model of the turbine-boiler coordination system was analyzed by using Gap metric theory, the dynamic characteristics difference between local linear models is calculated quantitatively, the model set was constructed and the weighting rules were formulated. Based on the pre-established weighting rules, the corresponding MPC local controller was designed for each local linear model, and then integrated into the global control effect. In order to quantitatively characterize the operation safety level of coal fired power generation units, the hourly mean values of the main steam pressure at the turbine side and the steam temperature at the outlet of the steam water separator were established. The engineering application shows that the multi-model predictive control of the turbine-boiler coordinated system improves the performance of the coordinated control system, and can maintain the stability of the main parameters and broaden the safe operation boundary while ensuring the rapid response to the power grid's load demand.
