区域生态安全评价系统研制与应用

Development and Application of Regional Ecological Security Evaluation System

摘要: 区域生态安全评价方法正由静态的现状评价转向动态的预测和预警评价.以ArcGIS为工具平台,采用面向对象编程语言及组件武开发技术进行区域生态安全评价系统的二次开发;设计系统模型、系统功能并研制相应的功能模块.通过建立生态安全评价指标体系,对区域生态状况进行综合分析与过程模拟,实现对区域生态安全的智能化评价,为决策者进行区域管理和环境综合治理提供科学依据和决策支持.该系统应用于洞庭湖实验区生态安全评价,得出压力指数、状态指数、响应指数等评价结果,表明系统具备良好的评价功能.

Abstract: Based on ArcGIS,the object-oriented programming language and components development technology were used to make a secondary development of the region ecological security evaluation system.The system model,system function and function modules were designed.By establishing ecological security evaluation index system,synthetically analyzing the regional ecological situation and simulating the ecological process,the intellectualized assessment for regional ecological security Was achieved with the developed system,which provides scientific basis and decision support for decision-makers to carry on regional environment management and comprehensive control.Finally,this system Was applied to the ecological security assessment of experimental area of Donning lake,and the pressure index,condition index and response index WaS obtained.The results indicate that the system have a good evaluation function.
