Work safety standardization construction of coal mine production auxiliary units

Abstract: In order to further implement the requirement of standardization construction, it was introduced into the coal mine auxiliary production units, and a standard work safety management system, covering all auxiliary units, was developed, including eight primary elements and 10 secondary elements, among which quality control played as the core content with a weight of 50%. Then, specific job requirements were described according to survey analysis results, three-level elements were formed, for each of which different scores were given, and scoring method was clarified. The results show that the standard work safety system in auxiliary units can provide important support for personnel at all levels to participate in wrok safety management, and operators can perform in accordance with the set terms to meet relevant requirements, achieving standard works for given position. Grass-roots management team can inspect works following the terms of inspection, while company and department managers assess others according to relevant provisions. Managers at all levels are permitted to participate in standardization construction, and to put forward their ideas to achieve the principal of total involvement in safety management.
