警觉能心理疲劳风险模型

Research on mental fatigue risk model based on alertness energy

摘要: 为科学描述心理疲劳产生过程,有效预测心理疲劳风险,建立警觉能心理疲劳风险模型。从能量的角度来量化心理疲劳,用警觉度表征心理疲劳风险,提出警觉能、警觉动能、警觉势能的概念,建立警觉能方程;同时提出警觉能补充函数与消耗函数,阐述警觉能在人睡眠时补充,觉醒时消耗的模型理念,并运用公式对模型进行演绎推理,最终求解得到模型的具体表达式。结果表明:采用该模型能够更加科学地描述心理疲劳机制与产生过程,为心理疲劳风险的预测与防控研究提供一种新的计算思路。

Abstract: In order to scientifically describe and effectively predict mental fatigue, a mental fatigue risk model based on alertness energy is proposed. Firstly, by quantifying mental fatigue with energy and characterizing fatigue with alertness, alertness energy, alertness kinetic energy, and alertness potential energy were put forward to develop a alertness energy function. At the same time, supplemental function and consumption function of alertness energy were proposed, explaining that alertness could be supplemented during sleep and consumed while waking up, and then the formula was used to deduct the model with concrete expression of it being obtained. The results show that this model can describe mental fatigue mechanism and generation process more scientifically, thus providing a new calculation way for its prediction and prevention.
