摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为加强铁路职工慢性病管理,利用电子化人力资源管理(HER)系统和WEB技术,建立铁路职工健康管理系统;通过健康体检、健康宣传等8个子系统实现铁路职工健康体检、健康宣传、健康维护、重点人员筛查等全流程信息化健康管理;该系统依据重点人群筛查管理技术要求,筛查出有健康风险的重点人员,开展慢性病专项健康管理,进行“一对一”健康维护。结果表明:该系统通过对铁路职工健康预警风险式管理,可为开展重点人员健康维护活动提供可靠依据。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the management of chronic diseases among railway workers, a health management system for railway workers is established by using HER system and WEB technology. Through eight subsystems, the whole process of information-based health management can be realized, such as health examination, health propaganda, health maintenance and key personnel screening. According to the technical requirements of key population screening management, the key personnel with health risks was screened out by the system, and special health management for chronic diseases was carried out to provide ″one-to-one″ health maintenance. The results show that the system can provide a reliable basis for the health maintenance activities of key personnel by using the risk management of railway workers' health early warning.
