基于3D应急演练的铁路职工安全素质提升研究*

摘要: 为提升铁路职工的安全素质,在分析其内涵、构成及现状的基础上,构建基于3D技术的安全应急演练实训系统。阐述系统总体目标、架构、组成模块及技术实现路径,并结合应用案例进一步说明系统的可行性,即利用3D仿真技术构建铁路运输非正常情况应急处置演练场景,让演练人员在人机交互界面下控制整个应急处置流程,充分感受接近真实的作业场景,更加快捷掌握应急处置中各环节的安全知识和操作技能。结果表明:集教学、实训、考评功能于一体的3D实训系统,避免采用现场模拟、仿真实训、虚拟演练等培训方式的不足,较好解决常态化训练的难题。

Abstract: In order to improve the safety quality of railway workers, a safety emergency practival drill system was established based on 3D-tech with analysis into its connotation, composition and current situations. The overall purpose, framework, component modules and technology realization routes of the system were illustrated, and the feasibility of the system were further explained in accordance with practical cases, i.e., constructing emergenchandling exercise scene for abnormal railway transportation built by 3D simulation technology to provide the opportunity for the railway workers to control the whole emergency handling process under the circumstances of human-machine-interface. With all those functions, the system allows the railway workers to fully experience the real working scenario, and therefore master the safety knowledge and operation skills of emergency handling more efficiently, to reach the point of improving safety quality. The results show that 3D practical training system integrating teaching, practical training and evaluation functions solves the problems of normal training well while avoiding the deficiencies of on-site simulation, simulation practical training, virtual exercise and other training methods.
