某种轨检车构架强度及疲劳安全性能评估*

Evaluation of frame strength and fatigue safety performance of certaintrack inspection vehicle

摘要: 为保证轨检车行车安全,首先,根据加装轨检梁的转向架构架的结构特征,建立有限元模型;其次,根据相关标准,确定强度分析的工况,并计算评定转向架构架的静强度;然后,分析轨检梁安装座的优化对整个构架强度的影响,并采用古德曼(Goodman)疲劳强度极限图,评定其疲劳强度;最后,开展构架强度试验,验证分析计算结果。结果表明:轨检车转向架构架加装具有一定质量的轨检梁,有助于保障轨检车的安全可靠运行;该构架满足静强度及疲劳强度要求。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of track inspection vehicle, firstly,the finite element model was established,according to the structure characteristics of the bogie frame equipped with track inspection beam. Secondly, the working conditions of the strength analysisweredefined based on relevant Standards.The static strength of the frame was calculated and evaluated. Then, the influence of optimization of the track inspection beam installation on the whole structure strength was analyzed. The fatigue strength was evaluated based on Goodman fatigue limit diagram. Finally, the structural strength test was carried out to verify the analytical calculation results.The results show that track inspection vehicle bogie frame isequipped with a rail inspection beam with a certain quality, which helps to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the rail inspection vehicle.The frame can meet the request of static and fatigue strength.
