寒区隧道衬砌挂冰病害成因及预测预警技术*

Study on causes of frost damage of ice covering on lining in cold region tunnelsand forecast and early warning technology

摘要: 为改善寒区高铁隧道衬砌表面挂冰病害,保障高铁隧道运营安全,开展挂冰成因和预测预警技术研究。首先总结隧道内结冰类型,分析隧道防水抗冻经时失效的原因;然后提出可维护隧道施工缝防水抗冻构造以改善施工缝冻害问题;最后利用基于物联网技术的隧道结冰预测预警系统指导除冰工作。结果表明:防水层在服役期间受围岩压力和循环剪切力的作用失效,隧道排水系统在运营过程中发生淤积、堵塞,布设与初期支护与二次衬砌间的保温层在受压浸水冻融循环条件下迅速破坏并导致保温失效是隧道防水抗冻失效的原因;可维护的隧道施工缝防水抗冻构造在原结构上增加了泄水孔、维护孔和密封环,可通过维护孔更换密封环。

Abstract: Inorder tohelp solve ice problem on the lining surface to ensure operation safety in cold region tunnels, the causes and early warning technology of icingwere studied. Firstly,main types of icing problems in tunnelswere summarized,reasons for failure of waterproof and insultation measures were analyzed. And then, a maintenance joint structure and freezing forecast and prewarning method were proposed to deal with the icing problem. Finally, the tunnel icing prediction and early warning system based on Internet of Things technology was used to guide deicing work. The results show that waterproofing layer is injured by surrounding rock pressure and shear force during service, tunnel drainage system is silted and blocked during operation, and compressed insulation layer between the initial support and the second lining gradually failed under the freeze-thaw cycles, all of these leading to the failure of waterproof and insultation measures, and that the maintenance joint structure introduces the drainage hole, the seal ring and the maintenance hole, which realizes the renewal of the seal ring.
