生产能量体二元属性及能量异常释放机制*

Duality of production-related energy objects and mechanism of abnormal release of energy

摘要: 为深化生产实践中能量活动理论,有效控制能量意外释放,采用实践归纳与理论建模相结合的方法,以生产中常用能量为研究样本,剖析生产实践中能量活动特征和异常释放机制。系统分析生产能量的特性、活动方式,划分能量体种类,创建能量安全活动的约束和调控条件;基于提出的能量体二元属性及相关概念,构建生产能量活动理论模型,并采用该模型分析生产实践中生产能量的异常释放机制。结果表明:生产系统由具有能量和物质二元属性的能量体组成;能量体类型及特点取决于能量体状态、能量活动与做功的关系,决定了为保持能量活动安全,生产系统应具备的约束与调控功能条件;约束与调控功能失效将导致能量异常释放。

Abstract: In order to deepen knowledge about activities of production-related energy and prevent its abnormal release, with typical energy as research example, practical induction and theoretical modelling were combined to reveal activity properties and abnormal release mechanism of such energy. Then, it was categorized by analyzing its characteristics and activity patterns, and constraint and control conditions for safe energy activities were established. Finally, based upon proposed duality of energy objects and related concepts, a theoretical model of production-related energy activities was constructed and applied to analyze abnormal release of various energy. The results show that production systems are composed of energy objects which have duality of energy and matter and are categorized according to factors including their states, activities and work of energy. To ensure safe activities, constraint and control conditions should be satisfied, and failure of such conditions can cause abnormal release of energy.
