港口配煤作业流量瞬移超量预警研究

Study on early warning of instantaneous excessive flow of coal blending operation in ports

摘要: 为实现港口装船作业尤其两单机配煤作业时,煤炭运输过程全程清洁生产,并最大程度避免生产过程中煤炭的洒落和堵料情况的发生,同时有效监控单机流量,在充分分析黄骅港配煤作业特点和配煤流程软硬件设备的基础上,以黄骅港配煤作业特点为例研究,利用FactoryTalk控制系统平台,编制配煤流程保护程序,构建黄骅港配煤作业流量瞬移超量预警体系。结果表明:该体系可全面涵盖黄骅港配煤装船作业流程,实现各单机流量瞬移超量预警和控制功能;混煤的总瞬时量基本控制在带式输送机额定能力安全性能范围内,煤炭洒落和堵料现象明显下降;单机配煤流量能得到实时监控,降低生产重载停机事故发生率。

Abstract: In order to achieve clean production in the whole process of coal transportation during loading operation in ports, especially two single unit coal blending operation, and to avoid coal spillage and material blockage to the greatest extent while effectively monitoring single unit flow, characteristics of coal blending operation and software and hardware equipment for blending in Huanghua port were fully analyzed. Then, with these characteristics as an example, coal blending process protection program was compiled and early warning system of instantaneous excessive flow in the port was constructed by adopting FactoryTalk control system platform. The results show that the system can fully cover coal blending and loading operation process in Huanghua port, and can realize early warning and control of instantaneous excessive flow for each single machine. The total instantaneous flow quantity of coal blending is basically controlled within the safety performance range of rated capacity of belt conveyors, and phenomenon of coal spillage and material blockage is significantly reduced. Cal blending flow of single machine can be monitored in real time to reduce occurrence rate of heavy load shutdown accidents.
