Abstract: Based on the statistics of the accidents happening on the loading and unloading of dangerous chemicals in port, the influence of chemical features on work safety, on loading and unloading equipment and on loading and unloading process were systemically analyzed. From the perspective of intrinsic safety, an optimal approach to tackling the work safety in port by establishing a standardized system for hazardous chemical loading and unloading was presented. Finally, the construction framework for this system was proposed.
