浸水褐煤的自燃特性及红外分析

Spontaneous combustion characteristics and infrared analysis of soaked lignite

摘要: 为防治采空区遗煤浸水后引发的自燃火灾,制备褐煤原煤及浸水煤煤样,进行程序升温试验,测试煤样的傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱,并通过分区拟合分析浸水对煤分子结构的影响。结果表明:浸水煤的失水结束点温度、着火温度和最大失重速率点温度较原煤均有不同程度的提前,着火活化能降低了11.2%,说明浸水煤更容易发生自燃;浸水后煤中烷基醚、芳基醚、亚甲基以及自缔合羟基氢键等基团含量升高,导致煤体活性增强。

Abstract: In order to prevent self-igniting fire caused by soaking of residual coal in goaf,lignite samples and soaked coal samples were prepared,and temperature programmed experiments were carried out to study the change of the spontaneous combustion characteristics.FT-IR spectra of the coal samples were obtained,and the influences of soaking on the functional groups of coal were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the temperature of the end point of water evaporation,the ignition temperature and the temperature corresponding to the maximum weight loss rate of the soaked coal sample are advanced in varying degree,and the ignition activation energy is reduced by 11.2%,indicating that the soaked lignite is more prone to spontaneous combustion,and the contents of alkyl ether,aryl ether,methylene and self associative hydroxyl hydrogen bond in the coal are increased,and the oxidation activity of coal are enhanced after soaking.
