摘要: 为提高铁路接触网安全运行水平,基于我国铁路接触网技术管理体系现状,分析我国铁路接触网系统技术管理层、设计层、施工层、认证层、验收运营层等技术管理层级;从标准、质量、组织、技术等4个方面,提出接触网技术管理体系架构的发展规划。结果表明:统一标准接口、强化质量管理、统筹组织合作及先进技术的运用是接触网技术及管理体系发展的核心内容;深化管理、设计、施工、认证、验收等系统间的相互配合,可提高电气化铁路的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract: In order to improve the safety operation level of therailway catenary, the technical management hierarchy of management, design, construction, certification, acceptance and operation of railway was analyzed,based on the status quo of therailway catenary in China.The development plan for the overhead contact technology management system was proposed in terms of standard, quality,organization and technology. The results show that unified standard interface, strengthened quality management, overall organization cooperation, and advanced technology applicationare the core content of the development of catenary technology and management system.Deepening the cooperation between management, design, construction, certification, acceptance and other systems can improve the stability and reliability of electrified railways.
