基于精细化模型的初期支护安全性评价*

Safety evaluation of initial support based on refined model

摘要: 为更准确地评价实际施做的隧道初期支护结构的安全性,考虑几何尺寸、材料构成与力学参数,提出一种精细化分析评价方法。首先通过激光点云等技术获得隧道开挖轮廓,据此建立初期支护的精细化几何模型,然后考虑超挖部分采用素混凝土填充的特点,将初期支护分为钢拱架混凝土构成的标准区域和素混凝土构成的超挖区域,应用ANSYS建立精细化计算模型,计算分析允许变形量和安全系数。结合某铁路隧道,考虑超挖并采用精细化化模型分析,结果表明:与不考虑超挖相比,实际初期支护结构的允许变形量大幅减低,不同部位的安全系数则有增有减,在工程实践中逐段或逐榀进行安全管控更为科学。

Abstract: To evaluate the safety of the initial support structure of the tunnel more accurately, in consideration of the geometrical dimensions, material composition and mechanical parameters, a precise evaluation method is proposed. Firstly, the tunnel excavation profile was obtained by laser-point cloud technology, and then the precise geometric model of the initial support was established according to it. Then, considering the characteristics that the super-excavation part was filled with plain concrete, the initial support was divided into standard area consist of steel arch concrete and over-excavation area consist of plain concrete. ANSYS was used to establish a precise calculation model, and the allowable deformation amount and safety factor were calculated and analyzed. Combining with a certain railway tunnel, and considering the over-excavation and the use of the precise model to analyze, the results show that the allowable deformation of the actual initial support structure is greatly reduced compared with that without considering over-excavation. Some of the safety factors of different parts are increased and some are decreased. It is more scientific to carry out the safety control section-by-section in engineering practice.
