个人快速公交系统安全架构及运行模式分析

摘要: 为保障个人快速公交(PRT)调度控制系统安全运行,确保PRT系统开发、使用的便捷和高效,研究并设计科学的PRT系统的安全架构和运行模式。从PRT系统的特点和发展目标出发,总结其调度控制的功能需求,建立具有良好适用性和可靠性的架构,归纳PRT系统不同运行模式在交通要素上的差异;基于安全架构探讨4种系统运行模式,并面向运行控制程序的开发各自给出安全控制流程。研究表明:PRT可以依托合理的调度控制系统安全架构和运行模式,承担区域交通内的客流运输任务。

Abstract: In order to guarantee the safe operation of PRT scheduling control system, and ensure the convenience and efficiency of PRT′s development and use, security architecture and operation mode of proper PRT system were studied and designed. Based on characteristics and development objectives of PRT system, the functional requirements of scheduling and control system were summarized, a framework with reasonable applicability and reliability was established, the differences of transport elements among different operation modes of PRT system were summed up. Based on the safe architecture, four operation modes were discussed and their safety control flows of the system operation were given for the development of the operational control program. The results show that PRT can undertake the passenger transportation task in regional traffic more effectively depending on the reasonable security architecture and operation mode of dispatch control system.
