Characteristics and prevention of work safety accidents in summer based on SAS analysis

摘要:

为掌握夏季生产安全事故的发生特征,提出更精准的防范措施,应用统计分析系统(SAS)检验事故数据。首先,统计江苏省2016—2020年夏季生产安全事故数据;然后,运用SAS程序中的χ2、Poisson分布和二项分布检验,按照一般和较大以上分类,分别分析时间、类型、行业领域的分布特征;最后,针对夏季事故发生可能性增高的行业,提出事故防范的措施。结果表明:经过SAS分析,可精准定位夏季建筑、工贸行业的触电和中毒窒息事故的发生率和死亡率高于全年。

Abstract:

In order to grasp the characteristics of summer accidents and put forward more accurate precautions, SAS was used to test the accident data. Firstly, the data on work safety accidents in the summer of Jiangsu province from 2016 to 2020 were collected. Then, the χ2 Poisson distribution and binomial distribution test in the SAS program were used to analyze the distribution characteristics of time, type and industry, respectively, according to the general and large categories. Finally, in view of the industry with a higher probability of accidents in summer, accident prevention measures were put forward. The research shows that SAS analysis can accurately find that the incidence and mortality of electric shock and asphyxiation accidents in construction, industrial and trade industries in summer are higher than those in the whole year.
