摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,新疆地区安全形势严峻,加强大客流情况下的高铁车站安检查危工作,是确保铁路运输安全的重点和关键。为此,依照现行法律法规、标准和监管部门工作要求,通过对乌鲁木齐南站、哈密站和吐鲁番北站等车站的安检查危工作进行检查式和访谈式调研,归纳、总结出新疆管段内高铁车站安检查危工作主要存在着用人机制不健全、设施条件与安检要求不相适应等问题,进而从增强责任心和危机意识、规范安检环节作业标准、加强安检现场盯控、落实后勤保障工作等方面提出对策建议。

Abstract: In recent years, the security situation in Xinjiang is grim. Strengthening the security inspection of high-speed railway stations under the condition of large passenger flow is the key to ensuring the safety of railway transportation. Therefore, according to the current laws and regulations, standards and the working requirements of supervision departments, the main problems in the safety inspection work, including the imperfect employment mechanism, the incompatibility of facilities and safety inspection requirements, etc. were concluded and summarized through the investigation and interview on the safety inspection work at such high-speed railway stations as Urumqi South, Hami and Turpan North. Thus, some countermeasures: enhancing responsibility and crisis awareness, standardizing operation standards of security inspection, strengthening on-site monitoring of security inspection, and implementing the support work, etc. were put forward.
