Abstract: Based on system theory,the integrity of work safety was analyzed,and it was proposed that only by constructing scientific supporting system and establishing long-term mechanism can work safety status be improved sustainably.Under the condition of socialistic market economy,institution,organization and technology was served as three foundation stones supporting work safety.Then the structure of work safety supporting system was advocated.Structurally work safety supporting system was composed of some systems including laws and regulations,safety standards,policies and measures,enterprise safety management,governmental administration,emergency management,science and technology innovation,safety intermediary service,propaganda and education,etc.These systems were relatively independent and related,and jointly comprised a unified frame structure of work safety supporting system.
