Simulation of factors influencing miners' counterproductive workplace behavior based on system dynamics

Abstract: In order to curb the counterproductive workplace behavior of miners,based on the theory of organizational behavior,SD method was used to build a system model of miners' counterproductive behavior factors.Vensim software was used to simulate the dynamic effects of miners' individual,population,organization and management factors on miners' counterproductive behavior,simulating the miners' counterproductive behavior evolution process.The results show that both the job burnout and safety supervision have an obvious promoting effect on the counterproductive workplace behavior,security motivation,exemplary norms,safety specification construction and organizational culture activity have an obvious inhibitory effect on the counterproductive workplace behavior,there are differences between the factors in the effect and the action time,in the interaction of various factors,the evolution of the miners counterproductive behavior presents stage characteristics,safety supervision,model specification and the safety culture construction are an important means of safety management of coal enterprises.
