Study on five modernizations of work-related work stoppage and salary retention in Beijing passenger transport sector

Abstract: In order to protect the interests of individual workers, enterprises and the state that in work-related work stoppage and salary period, the status of work-related injury stoppage in Beijing passenger transport section in recent years were investigated and analyzed. The correlation between the age, position, working environment, residence and other factors with the actual enjoyment of the paid period were analyzed, five problems were researched.A new mode of management and control on the premise of humane care was put forward.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing medical institutions and medical personnel′s over-treatment behavior was put forward.The results show that the management and control of shutdown and salary period should ensure that employees are in good health. When they are not on the job but enjoy on-the-job treatment, the time should be reasonably controled.The unnecessary waste of medical resources can be effectively avoided through strict supervision. The deterioration of diseases caused by excessive medical treatment can be avoided by making the code of conduct of medical practitioners in different places.
