Abstract:

In order to innovate talents' training mode and improve training quality, with University of South China as an example, necessity of collaborative training was analyzed through literature analysis method, and existing problems of it were discussed through investigation and analysis. Then, "four collaborations" training mode was established based on experience summary and systematic analysis. The results show that the features of nuclear safety talents include its scarcity, particularity and dispersion of educational resources, all of which make collaborative training necessary. The current talent training in China is confronted with the problem of insufficient collaboration, so it is imperative to speed up reform of training mode. The core elements of "four collaborations" mode include collaborative training in ideological and political courses and the courses' ideological and political education, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary professional collaborative training, school and enterprise collaborative training and international collaborative training.
