Abstract:

To objectively and quantitatively evaluate the current situation of enterprise safetymanagement, promote the effective operation of thesafety management system, a multi dimensional, graded and quantitative evaluation model for the management system was developed. Firstly, the enterprise's management status was first systematically analyzed based on its work safetystrategies and business requirements to identify multi-dimensional evaluation factors. Secondly, the basicframework of the model was established via scientific formulation of scoring criteria and weight coefficients.Thirdly, the model was then embedded into the enterprise's intelligent security management evaluationplatform to realize online data processing and dynamic analysis. At last, through continuous iterativeoptimization, regular reviews and revisions were conducted on the indicator weights and assessmentbenchmarks of the evaluation model. The results show that since the implementation of this model, the security management has achieved a profound transfomation from "humanmanagement" to "system management" and" data management". The model dynamically quantifies safety evaluation indicators and elements, and accurately identifies weak links in enterprise work safety management.
