摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为提高安全生产意识,防范铁路重特大事故,统计我国2000—2017年发生的12起重特大铁路事故相关数据,归纳总结事故发生的时间分布、地域分布等规律,分析事故后果的灾难性和事故原因具备的共性等特征。结合数据分析,预测铁路重特大事故的发展趋势,针对研究得出的事故发生规律和特征,提出相应的防范措施和建议。研究结果表明:我国铁路重特大事故的发生规律存在明显的时间分布差异性和地域分布的不确定性,事故特征存在一定的共性和重复性,该规律可为预防铁路重特大事故提供一定的参考。

Abstract: In order to raise awareness of safe production, and strengthen the prevention of serious and major railway accidents, the related data of 12 major railway accidents from 2000 to 2017 was analyzed. The law of time distribution and geographical distribution was summarized. The catastrophe of accident consequence and the commonness of accident cause were analyzed. Combined with data analysis, the development trend of major railway accidents waspredicted. The corresponding preventive measures and suggestions were put forward according to the accident regularity and characteristics obtained from the study. The results show that the rule of major railway accidents in China exists obvious time distribution difference and the uncertainty of the geographical distribution, accident characteristics have the certain commonality and repeatability, the research result has reference value to effectively prevent accidents .
