基于ADS-B的跑道侵入冲突检测与告警研究

Research on runway incursion conflict detection and alarm based on ADS-B

摘要: 为预防民用航空跑道侵入导致的跑道不安全事件发生,利用广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)技术的优势,通过ADS-B播报的信息获取移动目标的实时位置,根据移动目标与跑道保护区的位置关系判断是否发生跑道侵入,提示侵入告警;然后,根据移动目标间的相对运动状态、空间距离、相遇时间判断是否发生跑道冲突,提示冲突告警;最后,基于地理信息系统(GIS)构造冲突仿真场景,建立两级告警机制,研究跑道侵入冲突检测与告警系统。结果表明:当跑道保护区内有2个移动目标时,系统生成跑道侵入告警;当移动目标相互接近、空间距离小于最小安全间隔、相遇时间小于 30 s 时,系统生成跑道冲突告警。

Abstract: In order to prevent accidents caused by civil aviation runway incursion, ADS-B technology was used to obtain real-time position of moving targets through information reported by ADS-B, and then it was determined whether there was a runway incursion according to positional relationship between moving targets and runway protection areas before an incursion alarm was generated. Secondly, runway conflict was identified and alarm was generated according to relative motion state, spatial distance and encounter time between moving targets. Finally, conflict scenarios and a two level alarm mechanism were constructed based on Geographic Information Systems to study runway incursion conflict detection and alarm system. The results show that when there are two moving targets in runway protection zones, the system will generate a runway incursion alarm. When moving targets are close to each other, spatial distance is smaller than minimum safety interval, encounter time is less than 30s, and the system then generates a conflict alarm.
