Safety risk analysis of transitional construction in railway substation and distribution station

Abstract: In order to ensure the safety and progress of the transitional construction in the electrified transformation of the existing railway, taking the construction and transformation of the Daqin Railway substation and distribution station as an example, the corresponding temporary transition construction scheme was put forward in view of the characteristics of the structure layout, connection mode and the task of the transformation of the railway substation, which shortened the construction time and reduced the influence on the existing equipment and transportation. The safety risk existing in the transitional construction was analyzed and evaluated by using the risk matrix analysis method. The safety risk points and key control links were examined according to the results of the analysis, and some targeted control measures were put forward. The results show that the risks of personal safety, construction management and on-site operation occur frequently and the risk level is high in the transitional construction stage.
