Abstract: In order to solve problems, such as the increasing content of dispatcher's work, uneven distribution of work resources and low efficiency, brought by the function upgrade of train control system. Firstly, taking Yanfang Line of Beijing Metro as an example, the existing work content of train dispatching was analyzed, and the work process of dispatching command was abstracted into a typical process of information, and the task model of train dispatching was established. Then, 24 kinds of scheduling tasks were grouped into 9 general human cognitive activities, and the changes of staff responsibilities under different train operation automation levels were analyzed. Finally, the cognitive activities of dispatchers in different scenarios were analyzed by using multi-resource model, and the rule tables about concurrent operations and priority operations of dispatchers were established. The research shows that the operation task rule tables establish a detailed work guidance sequence for Metro dispatchers, and expounds the inherent differences and links between dispatchers' work.
