Abstract:

In order to improve the operability and practicability of heavy-haul railway coal transportation accident rescue plan, this paper analyzes the knowledge structure of the response plan of the train control system of CHN Energy Shuohuang Railway Company, integrates fitness and relevance in similarity calculation, and proposes a new case retrieval method, namely new similarity calculation method. The knowledge-sharing architecture was constructed based on ″2-layer ontology″ organization mode, the threshold was set to retrieve historical cases through the knowledge reuse model, and the new similarity calculation method was used to judge the historical cases with higher fitness, and the practical application has been applied in the production safety accident rescue and emergency drill of CHN Energy's emergency command system. The results show that the proposed method can screen out historical cases that are applicable to the current case in terms of fitness and similarity, provide a feasible treatment reference scheme for the emergency response process of the current case, and effectively shorten the response time of coordinated rescue.
