Construction of operation protection system for railway power supply specialty

Abstract:

In order to improve the safety assurance ability of the protection system and professional safety management level in the railway transportation industry, the idea of simple and efficient management was adopted. The particularity of operations related to power supply specialty in terms of power failure, high altitude, and vehicle use was analyzed, so as to explore and establish a modular safety protection system. Through field application and case analysis, the whole process of constructing a modular protection system was studied. The results show that in operations involving multiple people, vehicles, and groups in fixed sections, a modular protection system can be built. As a result, complex operation scenarios can be simplified, and safety protection effects of each link can be clearly presented. In addition, the system can improve the construction quality of the protection system in the operation process, reduce the impact of unsafe factors, and enhance the safety management level. Furthermore, by analyzing the necessity of constructing a protection system, the key points for attention during the construction of the protection system are pointed out. Therefore, the system will play an effective guiding role in practical application.
