Abstract: The features of construction industry, common occupational injuries and the current situation of construction migrant workers' occupational safety in China are firstly analyzed. Then, from the 3 aspects of education, technology and supervision, some countermeasures are proposed, such as improving migrant workers' quality and safety awareness, strengthening individual protection, improving work environment, learning to safeguard their own rights and interests through law, complying with professional codes of conduct, cultivating the lifestyle of science and health, and so on. This study provides scientific basis for protecting construction migrant workers' safety and health.
