Development and application of case-based reasoning based information system for identifying and controlling hidden danger in coal mine

Abstract: In order to improve the effectiveness of hidden danger investigation and treatment methods,a model based on case-based reasoning was built for coal mine hidden danger investigation.Key technologies of case-based reasoning of hidden danger were studied further,such as ontology representation methods and case retrieval.The level of the early warning of the hidden danger was determined with the established rule base of accidents and fuzzy inference technology.An information system of coal mine hidden danger investigation based on case-based reasoning was established and applied to the Datai coal mine of Beijing Haohua Energy Resource Co.,Ltd.The results show that the information system ensures historical records on coal mine accidents and hidden dangers play their full role in the hidden danger investigation and treatment,and is helpful in improving employee safety awareness,establishing reasonable hidden rectification measures and preventing a similar hidden danger from leading once again to coal mine accidents.
