频繁采动影响巷道围岩强化支护技术及其应用

Technology for enhancing supporting roadway surrounding rock influenced by frequent mining and its application

摘要: 为解决频繁采动导致巷道围岩支护效果差问题,提出了“锚杆锚索+浅深注浆”巷道围岩联合强化支护技术。该技术施工工艺包括清理表面浮矸、喷射混凝土封闭、注浆、刷巷、锚网支护及喷射混凝土,注浆设计方案包括浅孔注浆、深孔注浆及注浆封孔方案。通过力学分析和井下工程试验对围岩强化支护效果进行了分析。结果表明:利用“锚杆锚索+浅深注浆”联合强化支护技术,能固结围岩内的破碎煤岩体,降低巷道围岩内岩石破碎程度,提高固结性,有效的锚固锚杆锚索;巷道顶板离层量5天内变化量较小,而后逐渐趋于稳定。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of poor surrounding rock support in the roadway influenced by frequent mining,a joint reinforcement technology of "bolt anchor + shallow deep grouting" was developed.The technology involves cleaning surface,floating raft,shotcrete closure,grouting,brushing lane,anchor net support and shotcrete.The grouting design includes shallow hole grouting,deep hole grouting and grouting sealing schemes.The effect of the surrounding rock strengthening support technology was demonstrated by means of mechanical analysis and downhole engineering test.The results show that by using the joint reinforcement technology of "bolt anchor + shallow deep grouting",the broken coal rock masses in the surrounding rock are consolidated,the consolidation property is improved,and the anchor cables are anchored effectively,and that the amount of change of the roof from the layer is small during the period of 5 days,and then gradually tends to be stable.
