基于铁路安全问题信息库的分析评价方法

摘要: 为了全方位、多角度、深层次地分析评价既有铁路安全问题信息,总结出规律性、经验性的结论,按照特定的分析评价目的和统一标准,对铁路交通事故信息、铁路安全监管信息、社会关注反映铁路安全信息、其他铁路安全信息等4类既有铁路安全问题信息,实施精细化处理策略,通过制定安全问题信息标签、细化信息基本单位等措施,建立具有统一信息结构形式的铁路安全问题信息库;在此基础上,利用先进的计算机技术和一定的分析、运算方式方法,快速评价铁路安全问题,并按照预定设置形式,输出简洁、直观、清晰的分析评价结论。

Abstract: In order to carry on comprehensive, multi angle and deep analysis of the railway safety problems, and draw regular and empirical conclusions, through making information labels for information on railway safety problems, refining information basic units and other measures, the information of four kinds of existing railway safety problems were refined, such as railway traffic accident information, railway safety supervision information, social concerns of the railway safety problems and other railway safety information, and the railway security information database with unified information structure were established. Based on this, railway safety problems were quickly analyzed and evaluated and concise, intuitive and clear analysis and evaluation conclusions were made by using advanced computer technology and certain analytical and calculating methods.
