摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为更好地反映铁路发展规模、结构、效益及分布等情况,提升铁路行业管理质量和水平,结合铁路政企分开改革,在明确其功能定位和设计原则的基础上,结合铁路发展的需要和统计管理体制的特点,吸收借鉴国内相关运输行业统计指标体系的经验,设计包括铁路运输业、铁路安全、工程建设、铁路设备在内的统计体系的框架,研究成果可为制定铁路行业发展政策,加强对铁路发展的宏观调控提供依据。

关键词: 统计, 指标体系, 铁路安全指标, 铁路运输指标, 铁路工程建设指标

Abstract: In order to reflect the railway development scale, structure, efficiency and distribution, and so on and so forth, promote the quality and level of management of railway industry, in accordance with separate government functions from enterprise management reform, on the basis of its function orientation and design principles, combined with the needs of the development of railway and the characteristics of statistical management system, the experience of domestic related transportation industry statistical indicator system was referred to and absorbed to design the statistical system structure consisting of railway transportation, railway safety, engineering construction, railway equipment. The research results provide the basis for making policies and strengthening the macroeconomic regulation and control of railway development.
