Research on design of high-speed railway safety protection system

摘要: 为防范高速铁路外部风险,保障铁路安全和畅通,设计开发高铁安全防护系统。该系统使用Web服务和数据库,按照B/S多层应用模式进行设计,以电子地图形式为主要展示手段,具有高铁沿线地理、设备设施、治安状况等信息的综合浏览、统计、分析等功能;通过制定多数据源、多比例尺、多时相影像数据共享标准,达到数据资源集中管理和有效共享,为沿线区段安防系统建设提供可量化的参考依据。结果表明:该系统创新了高速铁路安全监管手段,可以提高高铁安全防护水平。

Abstract: In order to prevent the external risks of high-speed railways and ensure the safety and smoothness of railways, high-speed railway safety protection system was designed and developed.The system, based on the B/S multi-layer application mode, was designed by using Web service and database. Taking the electronic map function as the main display means, the system owned comprehensive functions, including browsing, statistics and analysis, which can cover the information of geography, equipment facilities and public security status along the high-speed railway. By making sharing standards of multi-data source, multi-scale and multi-temporal image data, data resources were managed intensively and shared effectively, and quantifiable reference was provided for the construction of security systems along the line.The results show that the system has innovated the means of high-speed railway safety supervision and it can improve the safety protection level of high-speed railways.
