高速铁路信号系统联调联试典型问题

Typical problems for integration testing commissioning of high-speed railway signal system

摘要:

为优化高速铁路信号联调联试过程中的信号设备安全性测试,通过对信号系统联调联试进行全过程分析,提出试验计划编制方法改进;针对2个涉及行车安全的信号设备典型问题,采取查找原因、制定整改方案、现场整改、实车复测、制定行车管理办法等问题闭环处理措施。结果表明:计划编制软件可避免传统人工编制方法极易出现的序列遗漏或重复问题;通过对典型问题研究,认为应在全路范围开展安全专项排查与整治,以解决设备底层逻辑问题;可通过制定相关行车管理办法解决设计源头问题。

Abstract:

In order to optimize the safety test of signal equipment in the process of integration testing commissioning, the whole process of integration testing commissioning for the signal system was analyzed, and the improvement of the test plan preparation method was proposed. For two typical problems of signal equipment involving driving safety, closed-loop measures were taken to find the cause, formulate rectification plans, on-site rectification, re-testing of real vehicles, and formulate driving management measures. The results show that using planning software can avoid the problem of sequence omission or repetition that is easy to occur in traditional manual planning methods. Through the study of typical problems, it is proposed that special investigation and rectification should be carried out on the whole road to solve the underlying logic problem of equipment. The design source problem can be solved by formulating relevant driving management measures.
