铁路机车轴箱轴承安全研究*

Primary exploration on safety of railway locomotive axle-box bearings

摘要: 为确保铁路机车安全,降低机车转向架轴箱轴承故障安全隐患,首先从轴箱轴承故障形式分析着手,列举阐述长期以来转向架轴箱轴承惯性质量问题;其次就机车转向架轴箱轴承的设计、制造验证、安装及运用维护等方面进行探讨;然后分析由轴箱轴承质量问题而危及机车运行安全的各种因素及可能原因;最后提出保障铁路机车安全运用的有关机车转向架轴箱轴承应用可靠性方面的合理化建议。结果表明:综合运用该方法可以大幅度降低铁路机车轴箱轴承故障率,提高铁路机车运用安全及可靠性。

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe operation of the railway locomotive and reduce the potential safety hazards of locomotive bogie axle-box bearings, some long-term and inertiaquality problems of bogie axle-box bearings are listedatfirst, based on the analysis of failureforms of axle-box bearings. Secondly, the contentsaboutthe design, manufacturing verification, installation, andthe operation maintenance of locomotive bogie axle-box bearings were discussed. Then, the various factors and possible reasons caused by the quality problems of axle-box bearings that endangered the safety of locomotives were analyzed. Finally, the rationalization suggestions for the application reliability of the locomotive bogie axle-box bearings were proposed. The results show that using this method comprehensively is beneficial to reduce the failure rate greatly of the axle-box bearings for railway locomotive and improve the safety and reliability of railway locomotive operation.
