铁路机车乘务员心理资本与安全绩效关系研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为提高我国铁路机车运营管理安全绩效,基于心理资本理论,设计量表,对我国北京、上海、广州铁路局集团有限公司的870位机车乘务员进行问卷调查,分析其调查结果数据,并从个体和铁路管理部门2个层面提出机车乘务员心理资本培训和提升建议。研究结果表明:铁路机车乘务员心理资本总体情况较好;铁路机车乘务员安全关系绩效优于安全任务绩效;铁路机车乘务员心理资本可以显著正向预测安全绩效。

Abstract: In order to improve the safety performance of railway locomotive operation and management, based on the theory of psychological capital, the scale was designed, and the questionnaire data of 870 locomotive attendants in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou Railway Bureau was analyzed. From the 2 levels of individual and railway management, the psychological capital training and improvement suggestions of locomotive crew were put forward. The results show thatthe overall psychological capital of railway locomotive drivers is good; and the safety relationship performance of railway locomotives is better than that of safety tasks performance. The psychological capital of railway locomotive drivers can significantly predict safety performance.
