摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为提高铁路机车乘务员职业健康水平,确保铁路运输安全,利用模型-视图-控制器(MVC)技术,建立机车乘务员职业健康预警系统。统计分析某局3 000名机车乘务员的职业健康状况,探讨影响机车乘务员职业健康的原因,筛查出需重点管理的人员,并从个体和铁路管理部门2个层面提出管理方法和改进措施,即多部门联合管理,进行系统化个性化健康教育。研究表明:某局机车乘务员职业性疾病患病率偏高,其影响因素是吸烟、饮酒、体质量超标等,应改善职工生活方式。

Abstract: In order to improve the occupational health level of railway drivers and ensure the safety of railway transportation, the Model-View-Controller (MVC) technology was usedto establish the occupational health early warning system for railway attendants. Statistical analysis of the occupational health status of 3 000 railway attendants in a certain bureau is made. The reasons affecting the occupational healthof railway attendants were discussed. Tthe personnel in need of key management were screened out. The methods and suggestions for improving the occupational health management of railway attendants were put forward from perspectives of bothindividual and railway management departments, that is, multi-department integrated management and systematic individualized health education. The study shows that the prevalence of occupational diseases among railway attendants in a certain bureau is high, and the influencing factors of health may be smoking, drinking, overweight and so on, and we can improve the lifestyle of railway attendants to improve their occupational health level.
