基于Meta分析的高校教师职业压力失范行为JD-R模型*

JD-R model for university teachers' misbehavior caused by occupational stress based on Meta-analysis

摘要: 为深入了解高校教师职业压力失范行为的形成机制,以工作需求-资源(JD-R)模型为理论框架,确定职业压力失范行为的工作需求、工作资源、损耗因素及激励因素,提出各要素间的假设作用关系,构建高校教师职业压力失范行为JD-R模型;通过文献检索、文献筛选及文献编码过程,纳入中英文文献共125篇,总样本量为79 310,采用Meta分析定量验证该模型。结果表明:在高校教师职业压力失范行为JD-R模型中,工作需求、工作资源、损耗因素、激励因素中各包含5、6、2、4个因素,各要素间作用关系显著;高校教师职业压力失范行为由工作需求与工作资源通过损耗因素与激励因素的双重心理过程导致。

Abstract: In order to gain insight into formation mechanism of university teachers' misbehavior caused by occupational stress, JD-R model was tailored to explore this subject. Firstly, job demands, job resources, impaired factors and motivational factors of misbehavior were identified, and hypothetical relationships between them were proposed, based on which a JD-R model for university teachers’ misbehavior caused by occupational stress was developed. Then, through literature searching, selection and coding, a total of 125 studies in English and Chinese were collected, including 79,310 samples of university teachers. Finally, the model was quantitatively verified by using meta-analysis. The results show that the proposed JD-R model was created with elements of job demands, job resources, impaired factors and motivational factors, respectively containing 5, 6, 2 and 4 variables, and relationships between these factors are significant. University teachers’ misbehavior is caused in the dual psychological processes of job demands and job resources through impaired and motivational factors.
