Abstract: In the assessment model that is based on stakeholder analysis,the subjects,tasks and principles for work safety investment stakeholder analysis are put forward.By analyzing the distribution of cost and benefits of each stakeholder,the objective,way of benefit adjustment among stakeholders,as well as policy suggestions,were pointed out.This research not only consummates the assessment system for work safety investment,but also provides foundation for the making of economic policy on work safety and the solving of lacking in work safety investment and investing motivation.
