基于安全防护的铁路行业统计调查系统

Railway industry statistical survey system based on safety protection

摘要: 为解决铁路监管过程中信息量大、任务繁重、信息孤岛等影响安全防护的问题,进一步提升铁路行业统计信息共享和安全效能,通过详细剖析铁路行业统计工作的实际业务需求,提出系统总体架构;结合现有业务特点和安全需求,从互联网+管理的角度设计安全防护体系;以安全事故信息处理率为例进行应用测试。研究结果表明:该系统进一步优化铁路行业统计调查业务流程,能够提高工作效率;此安全防护体系使系统运行环境达到信息安全等级保护3级的要求,且有效提高铁路行业统计调查系统的安全性、实时性、便利性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of railway supervision process of informative, heavy task, information island and other issues that affecting the safety protection, and to further improve the statistical data sharing and safety efficiency of the railway industry. The overall system architecture was proposed through detailed analysis of the actual business needs of the railway industry statistical work. Combining with the existing business characteristics and security requirements, the safety protection system was designed from the perspective of internet + management. Application test was conducted with the safety accident information processing rate as an example. The research results show that the system further optimizes the business process of railway industry statistical survey and improves the work efficiency.Security protection system makes the system operation environment meet the requirements of three levels of information security protection, and effectively improves the security, real-time and convenience of the railway industry statistical survey system.
