有限空间作业动态风险评估模型研究与应用

Research on model for assessment of dynamic risk in confined space working and its application

摘要: 为客观掌握有限空间作业风险,实现有限空间作业风险的动态评估和管理,首先,构建有限空间作业风险指标体系,并应用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法(AHP),建立以危险气体体积分数为主要指标的有限空间作业风险综合评估模型;其次,构建危险气体在线监测系统,将监测数据用于评估模型,动态评估有限空间作业风险;最后,以某排水系统集水池为例,应用模型评估其作业风险。结果表明:该模型能够结合危险气体监测数据,实时定量计算有限空间作业风险,动态评估有限空间作业风险;且危险气体体积分数是作业风险主要影响因素,控制有限空间作业过程中危险气体体积分数是保障有限空间作业安全的关键措施。

Abstract: In order to grasp objectively and assess dynamically the risk in confined space working,firstly,a risk index system was established,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP were applied,and a comprehensive risk assessment model of confined space working was built with the dangerous gas volume fraction as the main index.Then,an on-line dangerous gas monitoring system was established,and the real-time and dynamical risk assessment for the confined space working was realized.Finally,the risk assessment model was applied to a drainage pool of drainage system.The results show that the risk assessment model can calculate in real-time and assess dynamically the risk in confined space working,and that for working in the confined space,the volume fraction of the dangerous gas is the main factor affecting the risk,and control of dangerous gas volume fraction is the key measure for ensuring the safety of confined space working.
