水电工程智能安全管控系统建设方案研究

Study on construction scheme of intelligent safety management and control system for hydropower projects

摘要: 为实现安全管理业务信息集成化、智能化、可视化、精细化,提升智能安全管控水平,基于智能安全管控体系理论,结合水电工程安全管理特点,通过移动互联、物联网、云平台、大数据、人工智能等前沿技术与安全管理深度融合,建立自动感知、自动分析、自动预警、互动决策的安全管控系统;有机整合水电工程建设安全管理分散业务的信息,以大渡河金川水电站建设应用为例,结果表明:该系统可实现项目建设安全风险的全面识别、感知预警和整改闭环,为水电工程建设安全管理提供智能化、智慧化的全新模式。

Abstract: In order to achieve integrated, intelligent, visualized and refined administration of safety management business information, and to improve intelligent safety management and control level, based on the theory of the smart management and control system and characteristics of hydropower engineering, an improved system was established featuring automatic perception, analysis and early warning, and interactive decision-making through integrating safety management with cutting-edge technologies such as mobile Internet, Internet of Things, cloud platforms, big data, and artificial intelligence. Then, information of dispersed business concerning safety management of hydropower projects was integrated, and with construction and application of Jinchuan Hydropower Station on the Dadu River as an example, the results show that the proposed system can realize comprehensive identification, perception, early warning and closed-loop rectification of construction risks, providing an intelligent and innovative model for safety management of hydropower project construction.
