Railway team safety construction situation analysis and countermeasure research

Abstract

Abstract: Railway team is the main part of the railway safety production and the basic unit of production organization, the construction of railway teams is crucial. Based on the actual experience, by taking example and inductive method, the current situation of railway safety management was analyzed. In accordance with current problems, countermeasures were put forward to strengthen the team safety construction from the aspect of safety consciousness cultivation, team leader role playing, safety system construction and site management. The results specify the safety construction direction of railway teams.
