Evaluation index selection of comprehensive inter-regional traffic emergency rescue plan

Abstract: In order to suppress the occurrence of emergencies and reduce the loss ofpersonnel property, based on the characteristics of the inter-regional integrated transportation network, the information entropy method was used to obtain the weight, and the fuzzy clustering analysis method based on the transitive closure method was used to select the evaluation index of the inter-regional comprehensive transportation network under the emergency to eliminate unreasonable indicators and determine the key elements in the emergency rescue plan evaluation index system, so as to establish a reasonable and perfect evaluation index system. It provides an objective and effective reference for more scientific evaluation of emergency rescue plans for inter-regional integrated transportation networks under emergencies.
