Study on construction of high-speed railway safety auto-control teams based on post grade management

Abstract: In order to improve the overall work performance of high-speed rail teams, change the management of high-speed rail teams from passive management to autonomous management, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of high-speed rail, the management of the class post grade was taken as the implementation method. The final scores of the group, formed through “three examinations”, determined the different post grade of the group, and different grades enjoyed different treatment. Through the two-way incentive strategy of salary and honor, a joint force of the team was formed, and the team consciousness was improved continually, so as to form a self-control group with self-management and self-control. The results show that the formation of self-control teams ensures that the high-speed railway teams can accomplish all tasks with high quality and efficiency under the premise of safe production, and establish a good brand image of high-speed rail, which can provide a beneficial reference for other teams management.
