Abstract: In the era of logistics economy, the high-speed railway network is becoming increasingly full, andcreating advantages for the development of high-speed railway express.Track status confirmation trains, idle carriages and large luggage storage places were used by railway enterprises to send parcels, which gives full play to the advantages of high-speed railway transportation, however, while economy and social benefits being improved, there are also many challenges to the safety of high-speed railway operation. In this paper, considering that high-speed railway express safety was affected by many fuzzy factors,an evaluation method which combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy pattern recognition was proposed, thus an safety evaluation index system of high speed railway was established. The AHP was applied to determine the weights, and the index characteristic values were quantified by the expert rating based on the field research, therefore, finally, the safety evaluation of high-speed railway express was carried out.The results show that the method is scientific and practical.
